Packaging should protect the garment, ship cleanly, and create one repeatable packing workflow. Fancy packaging that slows fulfillment is a tax.

Checklist

• Match mailer size to folded garment dimensions.
• Test label adhesion on the exact mailer finish.
• Keep thank-you card copy evergreen.
• Buy enough storage bins to separate sizes and colors.
