Heat Press Tools

Small-run production needs repeatable placement, controlled heat, and clear reject standards. The tool list is only useful if it produces the same result twice.

Checklist

• Check press size against the largest planned graphic.
• Use heat tape and placement rulers from the first sample.
• Record temperature, pressure, and time for each material.
• Wash-test samples before listing a finished garment.
